What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace runs on Growth for 14 days with nothing to enter. Choose a plan any time before it ends. If you don’t, the workspace pauses everything except recording and exports — you can always get your data out, and it stays where it is.
Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are priced by the number of stores you run, and each includes a generous allowance of people — enough for the whole team, part-timers included.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — from Settings → Billing, whenever your store count changes. Billing runs through Stripe, and the customer portal holds your invoices and card.
Is there a setup fee?
Not for self-serve. Open a workspace, import your catalog and go. If you’d like us to do the setup — catalog cleanup, register connections, historical sales — guided implementation is quoted separately as a one-time line item, never hidden in the subscription.
Which registers do you work with?
Square, Clover and Shopify POS connect natively. Any other register can send sales through our signed direct feed, and anything that exports a CSV can be imported.
Where is my data kept, and can I leave?
In managed PostgreSQL in the United States, isolated per workspace. Your catalog and history can be exported whenever you like — on any plan, even a paused one.
