Independent grocers deserve serious software.
The corner market, the international grocer, the family business on its third location. They run on thinner margins than anyone, with tools built for someone else.
01Why PalletRow exists
Big grocery chains know, to the case, what they have and what they need. Most independents are working it out from memory, a spreadsheet and the back of an invoice.
Enterprise retail systems cost too much and assume a head office. Point-of-sale add-ons know what sold but not what arrived, what spoiled or what a case really cost once it cleared the port. The result is the same everywhere: margin leaks nobody can see, and orders placed on instinct.
PalletRow was built in Minneapolis alongside a working, multi-store independent grocery business — receiving real trucks and importing real containers. Every screen had to survive that before it was allowed on this site.
02How we build
Four rules we don’t bend.
The ledger is the truth.
A number on a screen should always be explainable. If we can’t show you how on-hand, margin or a forecast was reached, we haven’t finished building it.
Say only what’s true.
No invented customers, no “trusted by thousands”, no roadmap dressed as a feature. If it’s on this website, it ships today.
Built for the back room.
The people using PalletRow are receiving a truck, not sitting at a desk. Screens are fast, work on a phone, and don’t need a training course.
Priced like a utility.
A flat monthly price per size of business. No per-seat creep, no module shopping, and setup help that’s quoted as its own line.
03Working with us
Start on your own. Or don’t.
Most stores open a workspace, import their catalog and are counting by the afternoon. If you’d rather we did the heavy lifting — cleaning a catalog, connecting registers, loading years of sales — we’ll scope it with you and quote it plainly.
